Link, QR, and Email Send Issues
Troubleshoot the most common reasons a waiver link, QR code, or email share action does not work or behave the way you expect.
If sharing is not working the way you expect, check the basics first.
Public link issues
- confirm the waiver is published
- confirm you copied the current link after selecting the intended location
QR code issues
- confirm the QR code was printed from the correct share state
- regenerate the QR after changing the selected location
Email send issues
- confirm your plan includes request emails
- confirm the recipient email is valid
- confirm you selected the correct location before sending if branding matters
