Signing Experience
What the Signer Sees
Walk through the public signing page step by step, from opening the link to submitting the form, from the signer’s point of view.
When someone opens a signing link, they land on a public page that shows the waiver title, branding, waiver content, acknowledgements, and the participant form.
Main parts of the signing page
The current signing page can include:
- brand logo and display name
- waiver title
- waiver content rendered from the saved waiver version
- acknowledgement checklist items
- participant information form
- minors toggle if the waiver allows minor participants
- signature field and any inline signing fields
What changes based on the waiver
The experience changes depending on:
- whether a location-specific link was used
- whether the waiver allows minors
- which acknowledgements appear in the waiver body
- which field tokens or signing elements were inserted into the waiver content
