This website and the WaiverChaser platform are operated by BYTEPAIR LLC ("we", "our", "us"). WaiverChaser is a brand name used by BYTEPAIR LLC. References to "you" mean either a business account holder or an end user signing a waiver through a WaiverChaser-powered flow.
2. Information we collect
Business accounts
- Name and email address for account creation and login
- Business details, branding settings, and configuration preferences
- Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Usage data to improve the product and understand feature adoption
Waiver signing
- Name, signature, timestamps, and form responses submitted through waiver flows
- Signed PDF artifacts and related packet records
- Device and browser information for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting
3. How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the WaiverChaser service
- To generate signed waiver records and PDF receipts
- To send transactional emails and operational notifications
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To improve the product using aggregated usage insights

We do not sell personal data.
4. Data sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate WaiverChaser, and only as needed to provide and improve the service. These providers may include:

5. Data retention
We retain account and service data for as long as needed to operate WaiverChaser and satisfy legal, billing, security, and compliance obligations. Signed waiver records and related artifacts may be retained until they are deleted by the account holder, removed under future retention tooling, or deleted as part of account closure.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, analytics tags, and pixels) to operate the service, understand how the site is used, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
