Required Fields and Acknowledgements

WaiverChaser validates both form inputs and acknowledgement state before a signer can submit.
What is commonly required
The current flow always expects:
- first name
- last name
- date of birth
- drawn signature
For minors-enabled signing, child information is also required in guardian mode.
Acknowledgements
If the waiver contains checklist items, the signer must check them before submit completes.
If an item is left unchecked, the page surfaces an acknowledgement error and the packet is not created.
Inline signing fields
If the waiver body contains inserted signature or initials elements, those also need to be completed before submit succeeds.
