Getting Started
Set Up Organization Branding
Configure your default brand display name, logo, and primary color for signing pages, PDFs, and receipt emails.
The Settings > Branding page controls your organization-level default branding. This is the branding WaiverChaser uses when a location does not provide its own override.
Before you begin
- Save your organization name first on Settings > Account
- Know your plan level if you expect logo and color customization
What you can set
On Settings > Branding you can save:
- Brand Display Name
- Logo
- Primary Color
The page itself describes these as the defaults for signing pages, PDFs, and receipt emails.
Plan notes
- On Free, custom branding controls are locked.
- On Starter and Pro, custom organization and location branding is enabled.
- On Pro, WaiverChaser branding is removed from the public experience.
Recommended setup order
- Save a clean Brand Display Name
- Upload your logo
- Set your primary color
- Save branding
- Check a live signing page later to confirm the result
Branding tips
- Use a logo with good contrast on light backgrounds.
- Try using just a logo or just a brand name to find the best fit for your organization.
- Keep the display name short enough to work in email headers and PDF titles.
- If you operate multiple branded locations, treat organization branding as the safe default and use location branding only where it truly differs.
