Share from a Specific Location
Select a location inside the share sheet so the signing link and QR code carry that location’s assignments and branding.
If your organization uses locations, you can choose the location inside the share sheet before copying the link, printing the QR code, or sending an email.
Why this matters
Selecting a location changes the active share target:
- the public URL becomes location-specific
- the QR code points at that location-specific URL
- location branding can override organization branding
How to do it
- Open the waiver’s Share sheet
- Use the Location dropdown
- Pick the location you want
- Copy the URL, print the QR, or send the email after the selection updates
Assignment reminder
For the cleanest experience, make sure the waiver is assigned to the location on the location details page.
