Send a Waiver by Email
Use the share sheet to send the waiver signing link by email directly from WaiverChaser, with options to select a specific location.
WaiverChaser can send a signing request email from the share sheet when your plan includes request emails.
Before you begin
- the waiver must be published
- choose a location first if you want the email to use a location-specific link
- your plan must include request emails
How to send
- Open Share
- Optionally select a location
- Enter the participant email
- Click Send Link
The recipient gets an email with:
- the location or brand name
- the waiver title
- a direct signing URL
Plan note
Sending waiver request emails from inside WaiverChaser is a Pro feature. If the plan does not allow it, the send form is visible but disabled and the share sheet shows the plan badge.
