Signature Packets and Records
Resending Receipts and Downloading Artifacts
Use the packet detail page to resend the receipt email to the signer and download the signed PDF or signature image for your records.
After a signature packet is complete, the detail page becomes the main place to retrieve or resend its artifacts.
Available actions
From the packet detail page you can:
- resend the receipt email
- download the signed PDF
- download the signature image artifact when present
Resend behavior
Receipt resend depends on the packet having a signer email address and the underlying packet being available to send.
If the signer email is missing, the resend route will not be able to deliver the receipt.
Download behavior
If the PDF is still processing, the page keeps the PDF action disabled until the artifact is ready.
