Branding Not Showing as Expected

Check the selected location, plan features, and branding fallback order when the public flow does not look right.

If the public page, PDF, or email does not show the branding you expected, work through the order below.

Checklist

  1. Confirm whether the share flow used a generic link or a location-selected link
  2. Confirm whether the location has its own branding saved
  3. Confirm whether organization branding is saved
  4. Confirm whether your plan allows the custom branding feature you expect
  5. Review the fallback order: location branding → organization branding → organization name

Most common cause

The most common mismatch is testing a generic link while expecting location branding, or expecting custom logo/color behavior on a plan where the branding controls are locked.
