Receipts and Confirmation Emails

Understand what happens after signing, including the receipt page, participant receipt email, and business notification email.

After a successful submit, WaiverChaser creates a signature packet and moves the signer into the receipt flow while artifacts are generated in the background.

What the signer sees right away

The signer is taken to a receipt page tied to the packet.

Depending on artifact timing, the PDF may already be available or may still be processing.

Email follow-up

WaiverChaser has separate follow-up email flows:

  • Participant receipt email to the signer
  • Business notification email to the business

The participant receipt can include the signed PDF attachment once it is available.

Branding behavior

Receipt-related email branding follows the same fallback order used elsewhere:

  1. location branding
  2. organization branding
  3. organization name
