Share by Public Link
Copy a public signing URL for a waiver and understand when to use the generic version versus a location-specific version.
Every published waiver can be shared through a public signing URL.
Before you begin
- the waiver must be published
- optional: create locations if you want a location-specific link
How to copy the link
- Open Waivers
- Find the waiver
- Click Share
- In the share sheet, copy the Public URL
If no location is selected, the copied URL is a generic link for that waiver.
When to use the generic link
Use the generic public link when:
- you are sharing one common waiver everywhere
- location branding does not matter for this send
- you want the simplest reusable link
