1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WaiverChaser (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by BYTEPAIR LLC. If you use WaiverChaser on behalf of a business, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of service

WaiverChaser is a software-as-a-service product that helps businesses and organizations create waivers, collect signatures, generate signed records, and manage related artifacts such as PDF receipts and signing links.

WaiverChaser is a technology tool. It is not a law firm, and it does not provide legal advice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You may not share account access in ways that violate these Terms or your plan allowances.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use WaiverChaser for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
  • Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data.
  • Use the service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs WaiverChaser.
  • Misrepresent your authority to collect signatures or operate on behalf of a business or organization.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the waiver content, submission data, and other materials you upload or collect through WaiverChaser ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant WaiverChaser a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to use Your Content in the Service and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Plans and billing

  • Plans and pricing are as shown on the WaiverChaser pricing page at the time of signup or upgrade.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice to current subscribers.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, make updates, or experience service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service may end immediately or at the end of a paid billing period, depending on the nature of the termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAIVERCHASER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may notify you of material changes by email, in-app notice, or by updating this page. Continued use of WaiverChaser after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
