Bookeo Integration: Waivers Automatically Sent on Booking

WaiverChaser now connects to Bookeo. Map your booking options to waivers and every new booking triggers a signing email automatically.

· WaiverChaser Team

If you use Bookeo to manage appointments, you've probably been handling waivers as a separate step. WaiverChaser's Bookeo integration closes that gap. Connect once, map your booking options to your waivers, and every new booking triggers a signing email automatically.

How it works

You authorize the connection through Bookeo (one click, no API keys to copy), then map your Bookeo products to your waivers. Each product, whether it's an intro class, a private session, or a recurring membership, can point to a different waiver. Once a mapping is in place, bookings drive the whole thing.

Once a mapping is saved, the flow runs on its own:

  1. A client books through your Bookeo page
  2. Bookeo notifies WaiverChaser immediately
  3. WaiverChaser sends the mapped waiver to the client's email
  4. The client opens the link, signs on their phone, and the record saves automatically

By the time the appointment arrives, the waiver is already done.

Why this matters

If you're already using Bookeo for scheduling, you've probably been handling waivers separately: pasting a signing link into your confirmation email template, or sending waivers manually after each new booking. That works until it doesn't. One missed send means a client shows up unsigned and you're dealing with it at the front desk.

The integration removes that step. Every booking through a mapped product triggers a waiver email automatically. If the client has already signed from a previous booking, WaiverChaser skips it and doesn't send them a duplicate.

Setting it up

The setup takes a few minutes:

  1. Go to Account in your WaiverChaser dashboard and enable Bookeo in the Integrations card
  2. Go to Bookeo in the sidebar
  3. Click Connect Bookeo and authorize the connection through Bookeo
  4. Your Bookeo products appear in the mapping list automatically
  5. Map each product to a waiver (and optionally a location for branded emails)

New bookings start sending waivers as soon as your first mapping is saved.

You can add, change, or remove mappings at any time. If you add a new product in Bookeo, it shows up in the mapping list on the next page load. Disconnecting Bookeo removes the webhook subscription automatically and stops all automatic sends.

For the full setup walkthrough, see the Bookeo integration docs.

Plan availability

The Bookeo integration is available on Starter plans and above. If you're on the free plan, you'll see the Bookeo page in your dashboard but won't be able to connect until you upgrade. See the pricing page for plan details.

Getting started

If you already have a WaiverChaser account and a published waiver, you can connect Bookeo right now from your dashboard. The whole setup is under five minutes.

If you're new to WaiverChaser, start free and set up your first waiver. Once it's published, connect Bookeo and your next booking will trigger a waiver email automatically.
